ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The SPECTRA CINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM is designed exclusively for use by students working towards a degree or certificate in Cinematography or related field. Of course, full-time instructors (College or High School) and academic institutions teaching cinematography courses are also eligible. If eligible, you may qualify for the special Rebate representing substantial savings on specified products.
To qualify for Rebate, purchaser must provide proof of eligibility as follows:
Proof of Eligibility Documents:
Student – Completed Request for Rebate Form along with Copy of your current Student ID AND Proof of Enrollment – This may be satisfied by LETTER OF INTRODUCTION from your instructor. Plus copy of Purchase Receipt from the purchase of SPECTRA Professional IV-A light meter dated between Nov. 1, 2009 – Oct. 31, 2010, including Serial Number of the product.
Educator – Current Faculty ID card or copy of school curriculum with purchaser listed as instructor. Plus copy of Purchase Receipt from the purchase of a SPECTRA Professional IV-A light meter dated between Nov. 1, 2009 – Oct. 31, 2010, including Serial Number of the product.
Academic Institution – Copy of Purchase Order
PLEASE NOTE: You must submit Rebate request within 45 days from date of purchase. Rebate will not be issued until proof of eligibility has been received and verified. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for Rebate to be processed.
KEEP COPIES OF MATERIAL SUBMITTED; ORIGINALS SUBMITTED BECOME MANUFACTURER’S PROPERTY AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED
